This beach house was an absolute delight! Just a short golf cart ride away from the beach, it offers a cozy and modern ambiance in a fantastic neighborhood. The well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and perfect deck make it ideal for relaxation. The included golf cart was a game-changer, making our stay even more enjoyable. The awesome hosts made our experience truly memorable, and I can't wait to return!

My only complaint is that we did not have longer to stay and enjoy. The house was perfectly stocked, had great amenities, and is just across the street from plenty of food, coffee, and shopping options. The included golf cart was a huge hit with my group. We love prominence but we have found our forever condo for our annual 30a trips!! This condo had everything we needed. We had a 8 month old and a 6 year old. It had a high chair and pack and play that really helped with the baby! The garage is equipped with everything you need for the beach or pool and the condo was clean and beautiful!! Thanks so much for helping make our vacation amazing! We will be back next year!

This is a fabulous property. I had such a wonderful time in such a clean town home. The neighborhood is very safe. The amenities includea nice swimming pool, golfcart, bikes and all of the beach toys one would need. You are just steps away from the pool,but don't worry while inside the townhouse you will not hear the activity outside. Everything is so convenient makes for a very relaxing vacation.

Absolutely grateful to have spent a week at this beautiful property. We were greeted with an amazing not with the perfect blessing to kick off our week. We.ve typically traveled to south Florida for vacations, but this was our first trip to the 30A area. My wife and I have four children ages 16,14,12,10. Everyone agreed...this was our best ever family vacation! The home is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The beds are fantastic and the tall ceilings throughout were a nice, unexpected surprise. The garage is packed with all kins of options for a fantastic and comfortable beach vacation. Our routine involved loading up the golf cart in the morning and driving down to deer lake state park where we accessed the unbelievable beach. The walk wasn't impossible as we loaded up a beach cart and carried chairs on our backs. It's a bit of a journey out there but worth it for the near private beach experience. We visited the pool a couple of times but personally, it's just really hard to have a comfortable experience at a community this large with the size of the two pools. It's generally overcrowded and rowdy. In the afternoons, we spent plenty of time resting, taking bike rides around the neighborhood and exploring the area. There are plenty of places to eat or hang out in walking distance including The Big Chill. The kids absolutely loved this place. Thank you for blessing us with your amazing home for a week that we'll never forget!

We always enjoy our stay in 30A, it's our families favorite vacation area. So much to do all with in walking, biking or gulf cart access.

Spent 6 nights at BeachLife on our annual girls trip. We usually stay on the beach but decided on something a little different this year. Prominence is such a quant little area and since it was June was full of families with their children. Was such a nice break to see so many happy families riding their bikes and cruising the neighborhood on their golf carts. The house itself was absolutely perfect!! Impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. We had absolutely everything we needed to make our trip relaxing and wanting to return for more. Management staff is top notch. Replied to all of my inquiries long before we arrived and also into our stay. Book BeachLife. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

My third time here! I have already booked two more to come back! The townhome is accommodated with everything you need. Only bring your clothes and a joy for the beach is super clean and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and other beaches. The owner and management staff are so easy to work with. What a wonderful place to stay. We just love staying here. Every year we add an extra day or two. This year it was 10 days. We feel like it is home away from home. A lot to do, great places to eat and fun beaches. We have already made our reservations for 2025! Can't wait!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation. This home was amazingly clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The garage had everything you would ever need at the beach and the golf cart was perfect. We took bike rides at the end of each day and this residence had everything our family could ever need. I would highly recommend.

This place was perfect! We had two toddlers, it was clean, had plenty of space, everything you could need for the beach, and a bonus was how close to the pool if is! We will be back!

The house was perfect! We had 8 girls and there was plenty of room. The house was fully stocked with all everything you need. (Except extra blankets. There were plenty of pillows but only 1 blanket). The restaurants at the big chill were perfect for when you didn't feel like getting dressed up. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The responses from the rentalCompany were immediate if I had any questions!

Condo was spacious for our family of 6 and super clean. Prominence 30a is right in the middle of two great spots; Rosemary & Seaside. The golf cart and bikes were a great added bonus as we used them to get to the beaches & to the Hub & Seaside. Our microwave stopped working & it was immediately replaced. We actually stayed an extra day we loved the place so much. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook, wash clothes and head to the beach. Thank you! We hope to be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this home and the company that manages it! The home is equipped with absolutely everything you need for the perfect beach vacation, from beach chairs and umbrellas to sand toys for the kids. The included golf cart was also a huge plus! We easily rode to dinner each night at The Big Chill and to the nearest beach access during the day. The community overall gives off the luxurious feel we were looking for while staying on 30A. You can tell the owner and management company take great care in the details of the home, and had instructions/directions laid out for an easy arrival and departure. This will definitely be a home we return to for future vacations!

We were lucky to be able to book Beachlife again! What can I say other than our stay here is always amazing. The property is always well maintained and the management company and owners are super responsive in the event you have any questions. Details matter, and they always have things spelled out on how to the handle trash, golf cart or anything else you may be wondering about upon arrival or exit of this property. This is always ouur first choice when we stay in 30A!

We loved our time at Beach Life. The house was wonderful and we utilized every bit of it as the weather wasn't too great during our week there. Golf cart was a great benefit. Highly recommend.

Clearly, this is a home hosted by owners who furnished it to their own high standards. The stylish coastal décor welcomed us to our vacation home at the beach. The Hosts left clear, detailed instructions and tips for the townhouse and having fun in the area. The beds were comfortable; we slept well during our stay. All the appliances are late model. None of the kitchen equipment was worn. We were amazed that everything we thought we needed was there. Each closet had a sturdy wooded luggage rack. We found an ample number of towels, courtesy shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, and trash bags. The kitchen trash can opens touch-free. There were 2 slow cookers in the kitchen, one large and one small. So many home-like touches, I can't name them all. We especially enjoyed access to Direct TV with the large screen TV in the great room and one in each bedroom. There are no carpets or rugs to speak of, making the home more allergy friendly. We needed assistance only once, and the Host contacted the HOA to change an outdoor bulb immediately. This is a high-end community, close to the beach and restaurants. It is walkable and the hosts provided a large golf cart, bicycles, kayaks, folding chairs and more for outdoor fun. Beach Life is close to the beautiful pool area and workout room. On cooler days, we played with the games and cards provided. We saw other units during our stay, but none were as stylish and well equipped as “Beach Life”. We definitely plan to return next year. Hands down FIVE stars. 53A in Prominence was a dream! The owners have equipped this slice of heaven with absolutely everything you need to feel at home. From the upgraded modern appliances, hotel luxury mattresses, a fully stocked kitchen and the luxuries of a golf cart and bikes for enjoyment - we had every beach need imaginable right at our fingertips! With great attention to detail and very clear & quick communication, it was easy to fall in love with our stay. Prominence is perfectly situated near the Big Chill where we walked to many shops we wanted to see & enjoy. We loved biking to dozens of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby in beautiful Rosemary & Alys Beach. We highly recommend this wonderful townhome if you are looking to vacation on 30A in a pristine, quiet, beautiful townhome with the convenience of joining the action of 30A steps away. We will return!

This home was great! Very clean and all accessories you would ever need. We had a car problem that kept our car in the shop for four days. Thank goodness for having a golf cart to get around. I will highly recommend this property to family and friends!

This townhome was incredibly clean and had everything you could possibly need. Pool was excellent for days that we didn't want to make the trip to the beach, and The Hub was fun to visit at night for dinner and ice cream.

The townhouse in Prominence was beautiful! Kitchen included all we needed to cook meals in, comfy beds, plenty of towels and a cozy deck with seating for six where we sat and enjoyed coffee every morning in the quiet watching the squirrels and listening to the birds. This place was simply AMAZING! If I could give it more stars I would! Location is perfect, beach access across the road, golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, all included. First class amenities! The house was very clean, neighborhood was friendly, a perfect place to take your family on a vacation. It was also very close to local eateries and only 20-25 minutes away from Panama City Beach however the beach across the road is far better in my opinion. We use VRBO, Marriott VC a bunch and I must say this is by far the best place we've stayed at. Will definitely Rebook!!

The property was exactly as described. Exceptionaly clean and neat. All the appliances were present and working order. The location was just a little out of way, but the golf cart solved that problem.

We arrived and knew ahead of the time that there was a possibility the beaches would be closed. Excellent communication from the start. Quick responses to issues that evolved. Pristine and beautiful place for a quick getaway. A definite return for sure.

Loved our stay, one of the reasons we chose to stay at this property was the 6 seater golf cart, but the other extras it provides were awesome. There are 3 bikes, beach chairs with coolers attached to them, boogie boards, kayaks...all the things you'd want, and you don't have to go find them because they are offered with the house. Also loved that there was ample room for unpacking and storing our things...even in the bathrooms, great spaces to put our items. Also the management company really was very responsive, which we aprreciated.

Awesome house in a super convenient location. Definitely recommend the beach locations other than Deer Lake just for ease of getting to the beach. Check-in/out couldn't be easier and the golf cart was awesome to have.

We were blown away by how nice this space was inside. Comfortable beds, super clean, spacious common areas...it was like staying at a luxury hotel residence. We cook a lot at home and we're very impressed with the kitchen. It has everything you need for a gourmet meal and we were able to make some great dishes there! The location itself is a one minute walk to the Hub which is a lot of fun and the pool on the complex is clean and gorgeous. We would definitely stay her again when visiting Santa Rosa Beach.

This place was amazing...beds super comfy...dual shower heads and a golf cart to boot!!! There were plenty of pillows, towels, hangers and storage space. They even had a Christmas tree in the garage for holiday travelers...aww I thought that was super sweet . We made meals and they had everything we needed for a family dinner. Decor is super cute and check in was instant! We had a septic overflow at our home rental and had to go somewhere at 8pm we got all the door codes and access information via email within 10 minutes after payment. We would stay again for sure!

We had a wonderful family vacation and the home was perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and beautiful for us. The golf cart worked great for getting to/from the beach and even just driving around the community was a blast for our five-year-old. There were tons of games available, and we enjoyed several of them. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pantry had quite a few options for spices and seasonings as well. I will recommend this home to anyone and will see if it is available next time we visit!

This home was a perfect getaway spot for our family of 6. Conveniently located about half way between Panama City and Destin. Several cute local shops, very close to the grocery store and public beach access. The pool was a very short walk from the home. The home was stocked with all the basic (and some extra) essentials that you could need. Check-in was easy, golf cart was there waiting for us and fully charged, house was VERY clean and smelled nice when we arrived. The neighborhood was full of young families yet still quiet and peaceful. I give this home 5+ stars! I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the property-clean, great location and quiet neighborhood. We would have liked to have more comfortable chairs out on patio -to read and drink our coffee, etc. But with that being only complaint-was definitely a great place to stay!!

Just had a wonderful stay at Beach Kruzer! First trip to 30A and we felt the location of Prominence is great for first time visitors. The location of Prominence is an easy bike ride to either Alys / Rosemary or West to Seaside / Watercolor. The Big Chill across the street from the condo was easy access and always something happening that appealed to all ages. Food options were somewhat limited at Big Chill but good for a quick bite or ice cream. There are some cute shops there as well. Prominence is great because of the easy pool access and proximity to the beach. Although a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the sand at Deer Lake State Park, it's worth the walk. Note to people that there is not a lifeguard and the lots isn't big, but we didn't have any trouble this week finding a spot to park. Things to note if a first timer - the beach flags are something to note. The water isn't always swimmable. For 4 of the 7 days we're visited the flag was red, so we couldn't swim due to rip currents. Water is a bit cool still so it was fine and we had pool access, but this is something to note before you go so you aren't disappointed. Beach Kruzer is a great condo. Comfy beds, clean, well equipped with kitchen items. Owner was VERY responsive as was the property mgmt company. I would recommend this condo to anyone who needs accommodation for 6. There were 4 of us and the condo was perfect but we could have had 2 more stay without an issue. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the Beach Cruzer. Great Location (close to the pool) and very close to the big Chill which we enjoyed. Also, really close to the beach which was gorgeous. A beautiful, clean home stacked with all of the extras (beach cruiser bikes, golf cart, beach gear, towels) to make our stay fun. Lots of games for the kids to play. communication from booking to check out was really streamlined and photos from the listing were spot on. Great experience. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

We had a great vacation to 30A and loved staying at stylish Beach Kruzer in Prominence North! We had everything we wanted at the house and it was so comfortable for the four of us. Loved how we could bike everywhere and enjoy the sunsets at the Deer Lake Beach. So nice to have games for the kids and ample cookware for us too. Loved the shiplap update since the photos so felt like we were in a model home. Just perfect. Loved being here off-season and we already can't wait to be back. We highly recommend.

It was great from the time i Booked. Clear communication from the owner made it easy to know what to expect. She was also beyond helpful with any questions I had. Beds were very comfortable, and the place was really clean. We had family in another condo and this was the better one for sure. We loved the golf cart, avoiding having to drive to many places. We had a great dinner at Surfing Deer and incredible food at Goatfeathers. The beach was so clear, the family had a blast. I had high expectations going into it based on the other reviews and they were certainly met. Would 10/10 stay here again and recommend to anyone going to the area.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Beach Kruzer! The unit was amazingly beautiful, clean, organized and comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel at home stocked. The cabinets are labeled inside so it is easy to find what you need and return it to its proper place. You can't ask for a better location this unit is close to the pool and just across from an entertainment venue with multiple food and shopping opportunities. You have so many options for beach access. I took 4 kids from 12 to college aged and they all had a blast! We had so many options for everyone to do whatever activities they choose between the bikes, golf cart and our vehicle. This was the perfect place for us and we look forward to visiting again.

We loved our stay at Beach Kruzer (Prominence). We typically visit 30A twice a year and are usually in Seaside. This time we decided to check out Beach Kruzer and I'm glad we did. The unit was in tiptop shape and had everything you needed. My kids are still asking for the same beds they stayed in. The loved how comfortable they were and the master was the same. The added golf cart and bikes was great. Although you do have to take the golf cart to the beach access it was really a short drive in the cart and with all the beach gear provided it was perfect. The community pool was great as well since it was heated for those colder days. It's a perfect spot if you have younger kids. I feel like Seaside is all teens and college students, so it was nice for my kids (9y,7y,3y) to have other kids to play with in the community. We look forward to our return visit.
