CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying the Rental manager in writing at least 61 calendar days prior to your arrival date (“Cancellation Period”) in such instance the full amount of your Reservation Deposit will be refunded. If canceled between 31 and 60 days before arrival date, you will be refunded 50%. In the event of cancellations or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. No refunds for early departures.
All bookings made through a third party such as Airbnb, VRBO, Florida Rentals, are subject to the terms and conditions of the party with whom the initial reservation was made if applicable.
OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests per property is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that unit.
For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. All early check-in requests must be approved by Coastal 30A Destinations. Additional fees for early check-in may apply.
Check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Failure to comply will result in a late check-out fee of $100, and as much as an additional nightly rental charge.
AMENITIES
Coastal 30A Destinations supplies a startup supply of soap, toilet tissue, trial size shampoo, trial size conditioner, dishwasher pod, laundry pod, paper towel roll and dish washing detergent. Bed and bath linens, blankets, pillows, and beach towels are all provided. Please do not use bath towels at the pools or beach.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rental units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of a minimum of $500.00 will be charged if found in violation.
