Extremely comfortable stay. Had absolutely everything we would need for the beach. We could.ve packed nothing but swimsuits and sunscreen, and we would have been prepared. One not to other guest - only 3 parking spots and no street parking so plan ahead.

The hosts provided everything that we needed for our family beach vacation. The location of the house was a short walk to the pool and across the road from the beach. Family enjoyed using the bikes to travel to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

I can't express how much we loved this home! They missed nothing, honestly! It is beautiful- decorated nicely, clean and SO well appointed! Beds and bedding were super clean and comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed- right down to kids sippy cups. Linens and towels were fabulous- they looked new! Full size smart tvs in every room, so much sleeping area- we had 4 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of privacy. Outside has a back porch with picnic table, Adirondack chairs, grill- they even had pool toys, beach chairs, a wagon to take to the beach, beautiful bikes(we rode to get coffee every day) and NICE paddle boards. It is located off the beaten path- 10 minute walk to beach and stores but no crazy traffic. We locked ourselves out once and they were right there to help us. We had an Amazon delivery that went to the owners locked mailbox and they even helped with that (you can't get Amazon deliveries here on vacation, fyi). Again- it was so perfect- it made the perfect vacation! We will be back

From beginning to end of our vacation, Sandy Bottoms was the place to stay. The home is exceptionally well furnished with two family gathering rooms. There is a living room on the first floor and a large family room and balcony on the second floor. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are great. The kitchen is very well furnished should you want to cook during your stay. Good restaurants are close. There is a patio in the back with a natural gas grill, table with benches and outside chairs. Bikes are provided. The beach is minutes away by car or close enough to walk. My husband and I throughly enjoyed our vacation at Sandy Bottoms with our family.

We were so happy to bring our toddler and grandparents to this home. The property was well maintained, clean, and we were given large supplies of clean towels cleaning supplies and toiletries. We used the beach chairs, SUPs, and bikes throughout our stay. It was nice having different living room options so our toddler could have a kid movie on and play with toys upstairs while the guys watched sports downstairs. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cooking gear needed for dinners and cookie making. We liked that we were so close to the beach, could walk to Rosemary Beach for shopping and restaurants, and could walk to the Donut Hole in the mornings. The pool was nice and we spent our evenings there. We loved this location and will book here again!

My family of 6 spent a long weekend at Sandy Bottoms and had a great time. The location is across the highway from the beach, but I thought the short drive back and forth was more comfortable than a long walk with a wagon full of kids' stuff at Rosemary. We had ample space and every amenity we could ask for. I think we'll be coming back!
Beautiful home! Very comfortable! You've thought of everything! Loved every minute of our stay! Close to shops, beach, restaurants! Can't wait to visit again!
